Why You Might Want to Work Here

We're a remote team of 24 people who actually like each other. The work is interesting (building real-time collaborative editing is harder than it looks), the pay is fair, and nobody's going to micro-manage you because you're an adult and we trust you.

That said, it's not perfect. We move fast, which means sometimes things break. We're still figuring out how to do good onboarding remotely. And if you need a fancy office with a espresso machine, this isn't the place — we're fully distributed.
